Cornish resort hotel on the market for £3m

CLC World Resorts and Hotels has placed holiday resort Hustyns on the market for offers in excess of £3m.

The holiday resort, located close to Padstow in Cornwall, is set within a 70-acre estate and features 47 bedrooms, a bar, restaurant and leisure and spa facilities.

The property has been owned and operated by CLC World since 2006, mainly used for members within its worldwide vacation club. The company has invested in the hotel’s facilities over the past couple of years bringing it up to a four-star property.
