Major food service partner Aramark has posted 95% year-on-year growth in contract retention.
Figures released by the company show an increase from £38.5m to £78m in the year 2010-2011, heralded by the company as its best year to date.
The company was reported to have been re-awarded 54 contracts, including with major corporations such as BP and the BBC over the last year. Around 40% of these contracts were re-awarded after the company won competitive tenders.
Aramark is performing well in the education and healthcare deals it maintains, with these sectors constituting a fifth of current contracts.
