Marco Pierre White cooks up a storm at Sinah Warren Hotel

Celebrity chef Marco Pierre White joined 20 chefs from hotel group Warner Leisure Hotels this week, to offer first-hand advice, culinary tips and training to help inspire the cooking team.

The Michelin-starred chef joined the group at the Sinah Warren Hotel, on Hayling Island on the south coast. Marco showcased his skills at the hotel by serving up his favourite meals, including steak, chicken and mushroom risotto using Knorr Bouillon Pastes and Knorr Pureed Herbs and Spices, before answering questions on his cooking philosophy, fine-dining and the role of convenience in a busy kitchen.

Richard Bates, managing director for Warner Leisure Hotels said of the day: “We were thrilled to welcome such a renowned and respected chef to inspire our own head chefs. It has been a wonderful experience for them to spend a day training with one of their heroes. They’ve learnt new techniques and also seen Marco’s cooking styles and top tips first-hand. I think we will all be making Marco’s famous fillet steak with peppercorn sauce this weekend!”
