Employees will run the hotel via an app on their mobile device, allowing them to manage their schedules and access information while being freed up to interact with guests and provide a more personal service.
The 85-bedroom property is located close to Gloucester Road tube station and will feature a refurbished welcome area, bar and restaurant.The hotel has been signed under a management agreement with PI Hospitality and set to open in January 2018.
