The online travel agent is set to reduce the number, and types, of cancellation and prepayment policies that it will support on its virtual platform

Booking.com has announced that it will be significantly changing its hotel cancellation and deposit policies going forward.

The online travel agent is set to reduce the number, and types, of cancellation and prepayment policies that it will support on its virtual platform starting from 6 April.

It will only allow cancellation and prepayment policies that require fees for the first night’s stay, 50% of the total stay or the entire stay.
