Seafront hotel in Folkestone placed on market for just under a million
The Southcliff Hotel in Folkestone, Kent, has been brought to the market on a guided price of £999,000.
Arranged over six floors, the property provides 72 en-suite guest bedrooms, several guest lounges and function spaces throughout the ground and basement levels and the Blue Martini cocktail bar.
Current owner, Patrick Dubus acquired the hotel through Christie & Co in 2002 and said he is now looking forward to a “well earned retirement”.
