Motel One Group is set to open two new hotels in the UK, with properties in London’s Old Street and Hyde Park areas. These additions bring the brand’s London portfolio to three hotels. Tony Matharu’s Integrity International Group has acquired Atlas House and the Crescent buildings in London for its Blue Orchid Hospitality brand. Matharu emphasises the group’s dedication to revitalising London properties and creating employment opportunities.

Luxury Family Hotels is refurbishing New Park Manor in the New Forest area, with plans to reopen in April. The refurbishment includes updates to all 25 rooms and public areas, with a focus on clean, Scandi-inspired design. The family-friendly spa will introduce new treatments and facilities, such as hot tubs and a meditation pod, providing guests with an enhanced experience amidst the natural beauty of the New Forest.

Netherstowe House, a former boutique hotel in Lichfield, is being sold after 45 years of ownership by the Heathcote family.
