Additionally, Savills is marketing a 25% interest in Edinburgh’s St James Quarter, a mixed-use scheme featuring retail, residential, and leisure spaces.

Dakota Hotel Newcastle celebrated a significant milestone with a steel signing ceremony, marking progress in its transformation into a luxury boutique hotel. The project, scheduled for completion in Spring 2025, involves renovating the vacant St Anne’s Wharf building into a 118-room hotel with modern amenities while retaining its architectural heritage.
