Savills and Eastdil Secured are marketing the W Edinburgh hotel for sale. The 244-room hotel, opened in November 2023, boasts exceptional visibility and is located in the bustling St James Quarter of Edinburgh. The property includes a rooftop offering panoramic views and benefits from a high demand for its services. Additionally, Savills is marketing a 25% interest in Edinburgh’s St James Quarter, a mixed-use scheme featuring retail, residential, and leisure spaces.

Dakota Hotel Newcastle celebrated a significant milestone with a steel signing ceremony, marking progress in its transformation into a luxury boutique hotel. The project, scheduled for completion in Spring 2025, involves renovating the vacant St Anne’s Wharf building into a 118-room hotel with modern amenities while retaining its architectural heritage.

St Austell Brewery reported a record year with total revenues rising to £229.5m for the year ending 31 December 2023.
