With over 40 years of experience across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, Mazzei is celebrated as one of the top Italian chefs. His work at Corinthia Palace in Malta and other top venues in London, such as Sartoria and Fiume, reflect his global career. Mazzei is thrilled to return to London for this venture, which will serve both hotel guests and locals.
