Sam Nazarian, founder of Sbe, has announced the launch of a new wellness-focused hotel brand, The Estate Hotels and Residences, partnering with Tony Robbins, Marc Anthony, and Richard Attias. The project aims to create the world’s largest network of longevity-focused resorts and residences. By 2030, 15 hotels and 10 urban longevity centres will be built globally, starting with four sites in 2026. These luxurious destinations will offer functional medicine, preventive diagnostics, and spa treatments. Nazarian emphasises that the focus is on wellness, with a vision to combine hospitality with cutting-edge medical innovations.
Bespoke Hotels has acquired four new properties from the Coast and Country Hotel Collection: Caledonian Hotel, Great Western Hotel, Pitlochry Hydro Hotel, and Marine Hotel. These acquisitions are part of the company’s strategy to strengthen its presence in key tourist areas across the UK. The new properties align with Bespoke’s commitment to delivering high-quality hospitality experiences. Bespoke also recently acquired management contracts for The Green House Hotel and Cwrt Bleddyn Hotel and Spa. This acquisition reflects a growing trend in the regional UK hotel market.
Club Quarters has completed extensive renovations on two London properties: Club Quarters, St. Paul’s, and Club Quarters, London City. The renovations focus on enhancing guest experiences, with modernised rooms, updated public areas, and a new coffee-cocktail bar concept, The Counter. Both hotels now feature curated artwork, improved lighting, and bespoke workspaces with vanity compartments. These updates align with Club Quarters’ mission to offer timeless, elegant accommodations while maintaining a serene environment for guests.
The Chequers Hotel in Newbury, Berkshire, has been sold to MZaman Holdings Group for an undisclosed sum. The 56-room hotel, which dates back to the 18th century, was sold at a guide price of £2.65m. The new owners have appointed Brilliant Hotel Collection to manage the property, and plan to enhance its service offerings. The former owner, George Mavrommatis, expressed gratitude to the hotel’s staff and wished the new owners success.
