The development will include office spaces, housing, and community facilities, generating £6.5m in annual revenue and creating 1,000 permanent jobs. The Oberoi Hotel is expected to offer luxury accommodations with a distinctly personalised approach, marking a significant step in Oberoi’s international expansion.
