The historic venue, established in 1615, reopened on November 15, with a summer 2025 phase adding 10 ensuite bedrooms featuring luxurious amenities. The pub aims to create a seamless guest experience with bicycles and shuttle services connecting it to sister restaurant The Pony. Palladium Hotel Group reported a 14% rise in RevPAR in Europe from May to October 2024, driven by longer stays (+8%) and higher room rates (+5%).
