The hotel features 64 rooms, a spa with saunas and hydrotherapy pools, and a gym, while 54 cottages are set to open in 2025. Dining options include the Signature Grillhouse and Mallard Bar, and its event spaces, like the Medieval Banquet Hall, retain historical charm. Owner Anoob Saban highlighted the multi-million-pound investment’s significance in transforming the site into a community landmark, while Director Sharon Myers expressed excitement about elevating the hotel’s services.
Criterion Capital has acquired the world’s first YMCA on Tottenham Court Road, London. Facing operational challenges, Central YMCA sold the site to refocus on its mission. Criterion Capital pledged to preserve the building’s historical artifacts while collaborating with stakeholders to revitalize the site. Director Omar Aziz emphasized balancing heritage preservation with creating a vibrant, economically sustainable future for the landmark.
RBH Hospitality Management will oversee the rebranding of the Signature London J Marylebone Hotel into Voco London Marylebone this December. Led by new General Manager Pritesh Hirani, the 93-room hotel marks Voco’s London debut.
