Hotels in Scotland have been the “clear winners’ in a challenging hospitality landscape in 2024, outperforming other regions in the UK by reporting an 8.5% increase in RevPAR. Additionally, out of all the cities in Scotland, occupancy across Edinburgh ranged between 85% and 90% for most of the year.
