Dorchester Collection has appointed Philippe Leboeuf as CEO, effective June 2025. With extensive experience in luxury hospitality, including leadership roles at Concorde Hotels, Mandarin Oriental, Rosewood, and Claridge’s, he most recently oversaw the opening of Raffles London. A Cornell and HEC graduate, he has been honored with the Knight of the Legion of Honour. Dorchester Collection highlights his strategic leadership and expertise in luxury operations.  

Clophill Eco Lodges in Bedfordshire is up for sale for £495,000. Established by Clophill Heritage Trust in 2013, the site includes five eco lodges, function spaces, and educational camps for children. The sale presents an opportunity for a new owner to expand the business while continuing its community-oriented mission. The Trust seeks a buyer with the expertise to sustain and develop the site’s offerings.  

Seamill Hydro on the Ayrshire coast has unveiled a newly refurbished Firth Pavilion wedding suite following a £750,000 investment. The redesign by Lucid Interiors features floor-to-ceiling windows, luxurious furnishings, and two new bars to enhance the wedding experience. Owners Vivien and Robert Kyle aim to blend timeless elegance with stunning seafront views. Further renovations, including spa upgrades, are planned for next year.  

IMR Hotels has acquired Ballathie Country House Hotel and Estate in Perth, Scotland, with plans to preserve its heritage while enhancing accommodations, dining, and leisure facilities. Renovations will emphasize sustainability and regional produce, creating a premier destination for outdoor enthusiasts and wellness seekers. The transformation is expected to generate local employment and establish Ballathie as a leading luxury retreat blending tradition with modernity.
