Malmaison and Hotel du Vin has strengthened its senior leadership team with five new appointments.

The refreshed commercial sees Stephanie Pinto join as director of Sales, bringing 30 years of strategic sales expertise across multiple verticals, most recently from Aimbridge Hospitality. 

Annie Stevenson has also taken on the role of Digital and Marketing director, leveraging her strong digital, brand, and consumer background from retail giant ASDA as well as TikTok and Thomas Cook.

Rounding out the team appointments is Jade Watts, who has been promoted from within to director of Revenue, Distribution, and Reservations.

Pinto said: “Joining Malmaison and Hotel du Vin at such a pivotal time is incredibly exciting. There’s a real energy here – a clear ambition to grow and do things differently. I’m looking forward to working with Annie and Jade to help shape the next chapter for these iconic brands”. 

Further strengthening the senior team, James Marrable has been appointed as director of Property, overseeing property management and compliance, focusing on developing hotels’ plant, equipment, and infrastructure within an ESG framework to reduce carbon footprint.

Alongside him, Phil Hudson-Davies, who was promoted within the business recently, will now serve as the director of Learning, Talent and Organisational Development. The newly established senior learning and development role is yet another testament to the brand’s commitment to upskilling and progressing its people.

Hudson-Davies said: “Talent is the heartbeat of our hotels. I’m proud to lead in a role that’s all about unlocking potential, championing growth and creating pathways for our people to thrive. We are pleased to welcome such fantastic talent to the team” said Scott Harper, COO for Malmaison and Hotel du Vin. “These appointments reflect who we are and where we’re going.” 

Harper added: “Having only recently celebrated both brands’ 30th birthdays, it’s a moment not just to look back, but to look to the future. The world is fast-changing and with it, the expectations of our people and our guests. Standing still simply isn’t an option. We’re here to evolve, push boundaries, and to shape what the next thirty years look like. This means bold decisions, fresh thinking, and staying true to the spirit that’s always set us apart.
