Sterling Woodrow adds Cumbrian hotel to portfolio

The freehold for the Cumbria Park Hotel, in Carlisle, a historic city and county town of Cumbria, has been sold to Sterling Woodrow, a property investment firm based in the South East of England.

The three-star hotel occupies several converted, previously residential properties close to the city centre, and features 55 en-suite letting bedrooms, a newly refurbished bar, restaurant, multiple events and meeting spaces, and independently accessed leisure facilities.
