Hilton named second best place to work for women in the UK

Global research and consulting firm Great Place to Work has announced that Hilton has been ranked as the second best place to work for women in the UK.

The list which recognises companies that have “exceptional workplace cultures” has also named the hotel brand as the highest ranking hospitality company.

Hilton said it was “proud” to support its team members in achieving their career ambitions, and was “committed” to maintaining a diverse workforce. Earlier this year, the company signed the Women in Hospitality 2020 charter, which highlights its ongoing commitment to driving the diversity agenda forward.
