The Seaview Hotel on the Isle of Wight has been brought to market at a guide price of £3m.

Located on the high street of the village of Seaview, the hotel features 24 rooms and a two-bedroom cottage.

The property also features the Aquitania restaurant, the Bistro dining room, a coffee lounge and the Pump Bar.

The independent coastal hotel has operated under its current ownership for 23 years.

The hotel team said: “We are proud of what we have achieved over the last 23 years of ownership. However, we feel that now is the time to pass the baton to new owners.”

Divisional director of Fleurets South, Nick Earee, who is handling the sale, said: “I have known The Seaview Hotel Bar and Restaurant for over 50 years and sold it to the current owners in 2003 who have continued to invest in the property.

“It is a rare example of a unique independent coastal hotel set in an affluent and desirable village with a rich tradition, and we are delighted to be bringing it to market.”
