Victory Group has acquired Cameron House, a 17th Century estate located on the shores of Loch Lomond, for an undisclosed sum.
The London-based real estate and hotel investment company plans to execute a phased evolution of the 400-acre resort. The planned upgrades will include enhanced wellness facilities, curated lifestyle experiences, and new family programming at the luxury property.
The baronial mansion-turned-hotel, situated 30 miles from Glasgow, contains a mix of traditional hotel rooms alongside self-catering lodges, cottages, and apartments. The financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed by the investment firm.
The purchase represents the first Scottish acquisition for Victory Group, which intends to target further hospitality asset investments across the UK market this year.
Founder of Victory Group Erik Moresco said: “This acquisition reflects our strong commitment to high-quality assets in attractive locations. Cameron House combines a setting of breathtaking beauty, heritage, and luxury with legendary Scottish hospitality.
“We are absolutely thrilled to be making our first acquisition in Scotland, and we continue to see the UK as a compelling investment market.”
