Bella Vista Hotel brought to market for £575,000

The Bella Vista Hotel in the North Wales coastal resort of Llandudno, has been brought to the property market for £575,000.

Situated on Church Walks within the heart of the town, the 11-bedroom hotel offers panoramic bay views as well as easy access to nearby attractions including Llandudno Pier, the promenade, and the famous Great Orme Tramway.

The current operator has recently taken the decision to offer the entire property for use as a holiday let in order to cater for the increasing demand for larger scale letting accommodation within the local area.

In addition, there is a 36-cover restaurant ‘La Taverna’ located on the ground floor, which is leased out to an external operator, providing potential purchasers with an additional income stream.

The business has been owned by hotelier, Neale Climpson, for the past three years, and he is now seeking a sale in order to pursue other business interests.

Tom O’Malley, senior business agent at Christie and Co, who is handling the sale said: “Neale has been proactive in catering to the demand of visitors to the local area. As such, the Bella Vista Hotel is offered for sale in a strong trading position that would still offer an incoming operator the opportunity to further develop revenue and profitability.

“In addition, the two bedroom owner’s accommodation that is included makes this opportunity ideal for an owner-operator wishing to benefit from the fantastic quality of life that Llandudno offers.”
