Macdonald Hotels and Resorts has appointed Milk Jnr’s & Kidworks to create a check-in pack for younger guests that will be used across the group’s 40 plus properties.

The Manchester-based agency specialises in engaging kids activity packs and family solutions.

The packs will include various interactive and character based elements for guests aged three to 12 years.

Aimee Johnstone, brand strategy director at Milk Jnr’s and Kidworks, said: “We are delighted to have won this exciting project with Macdonald Hotels and Resorts and it is testament to our experience in – and unrivalled insight of – the hospitality sector.”

Katrina Dunlop, marketing executive at Macdonald Hotels and Resorts, added: “We were really impressed with Milk Jnr’s and Kidworks creative thinking and strategic approach to this project.

“We are now looking forward to seeing how the new pack enhances the stays of our younger guests and their families once it’s launched.”
