Hospitality group, the Seren Collection, has added to its management team with the appointment of new staff.

The group, which has a collection of hotels and restaurants across Wales, has said that the appointments represent “a big step in the underlying expertise and professionalism” of its team, and will enable the business to “further develop the quality of its delivery” over the coming years.

The new appointments include:

  • Alice Bussi promoted to Group Food and Beverage Manager at The Seren Collection
  • Oliver Crittenden promoted to Group Human Resources Manager of The Seren Collection
  • Karen Weisheit promoted to Reception and Reservations Manager at Grove
  • Katherine Morgant joins as Restaurant Manager at Beach House
  • Alexandra Marcher joins as Head Sommelier at Beach House
  • Rhianna Chilton joins as Assistant Restaurant Manager at Coast

Neil Kedward, managing director of Seren Collection said: “As a business we love change and people developing and so it comes as no surprise that our teams keep evolving. This is a big step for the group strengthening our ability to support our businesses from the centre whilst significantly bolstering the management teams in each of our businesses.

“Congratulations to Alice, Oliver and Karen on their promotions, whilst we are also delighted to welcome Katherine, Alexandra and Rhianna to South West Wales.”
