The Know makes Independent Hotel Show debut

In this episode we speak to Anthony Hunt, partner and co-head of Corporate Real Estate at law firm Howard Kennedy. We discuss why 2026 may be seen as a pivotal year for boutique hotels, unpack the rise of global nomadism and how this is shaping demand and trends across hospitality, and how a strong team and clear, consistent messaging and offerings are key to securing investment.

Hotel guest insight service, The Know, will be showcasing its recently-launched, next generation hotel guest insight service at next month’s Independent Hotel Show.
The service enables hoteliers to receive detailed, confidential, qualitative feedback from real and highly targeted paying guests.

As well as this, being part of The Know enables hotels to benchmark their performance, gain proprietary market insight into guest preferences and create individual action plans using the sophisticated and bespoke question-led technology.

Multi-night, extensive reviews are conducted by an invitation-only members club of ‘Knowers’ who are individually vetted and incentivised through reimbursements and loyalty points.

To celebrate its debut at the Independent Hotel Show, which takes place 17-18 October at London’s Olympia, hoteliers are being offered a six-month free trial of The Know.

Mané Ryatt, co-founder of The Know, said: “While hoteliers may gain snippets of information, we became acutely aware that guests never share the full wealth of feedback that could vastly improve a hotel experience.

“Often it can be just the little touches that don’t warrant an official complaint or a rant on TripAdvisor that could really make a difference, but they don’t have the time or the inclination to complete the guest survey.”

The Know will be on stand 279 at the Independent Hotel Show on 17-18 October.
