The Aurora Hotel Collectionhas opened a further three lodges at its luxury leisure development at Kenmore in Highland Perthshire.

Over £1.8 million was invested in the sympathetic conversion and refurbishment of the properties to create the five-star rated lodges, which are set in an unrivalled location on the banks of the Tay.

The Group, which has the adjoining 40-bedroom Kenmore Hotel, unveiled an initial 10 lodges in late 2012 and they have proved to be hugely popular with average occupancy running at over 80 per cent.

The new lodges, the Boat House, the Ben Vorlich and the Cairn Toul, all feature three-double/twin bedrooms, private gardens, patios and parking and all benefit from stunning riverside locations.

Commenting on the new lodges, founder and chief executive of the Aurora Hotel Collection, Steven McLeod said “We are delighted to be opening these three new lodges at Kenmore, and we are planning to add more in the future.

“Our lodges are a step up from other accommodation in the area and we’ve carved out a market for ourselves. Customers have all the privacy and exclusivity of their own luxury lodge, yet with all the services and amenities of a hotel right on their doorstep. Plus, you simply can’t beat our location right on the banks of the Tay.”
