Couples looking for a mid-life career switch are taking another look at the great British B&B as the perfect alternative to their nine-to-five routine. 

Hotels specialist Peter Brunt from Colliers International has a brace of likely properties just over the Severn Bridge, which could fit the bill for potential owners in search of a more relaxed lifestyle including the Lansdowne Hotel in tourist hotspot Brecon. He said:

“With the economy moving up once again this really is a great time to think about switching careers to the hospitality trade. A B&B allows owners to live in comfort, but in a home that will pay for itself, so running a B&B ticks all the boxes.”
