The Hari launches new summer terrace

The Hari launches new summer terrace

In this episode we speak to Anthony Hunt, partner and co-head of Corporate Real Estate at law firm Howard Kennedy. We discuss why 2026 may be seen as a pivotal year for boutique hotels, unpack the rise of global nomadism and how this is shaping demand and trends across hospitality, and how a strong team and clear, consistent messaging and offerings are key to securing investment.

Belgravia hotel, The Hari, has partnered with Champagne house Ruinart to launch a new Summer Terrace.

Hidden away in the heart of Belgravia, The Hari’s Ruinart Champagne Summer Terrace will arrive on 20 June 2024, transforming the spot into an “ethereal secret garden”.

The terrace will boast a series of exclusive champagne cocktails. Under the verdant green living walls, guests will have the chance to sample a variety of drinks including Pomegranate Fizz featuring Malfy gin, pomegranate juice, syrup and a squeeze of lemon topped with Ruinart Rosé, as well as the fragrant Pomello Spritz which artfully combines R de Ruinart Brut, pomello, St Germain Elderflower liqueur and soda water.

Meanwhile, the hotel said it will also offer a highly curated pairing menu of seasonal summer nibbles from il Pampero’s Italian kitchen including sharing plates of traditional truffle arancini, heritage tomato bruschetta topped with stracciatella and bite-sized smoked salmon blinis complemented with soured cream and chives.

Featuring a retractable glass roof, as well as outdoor heaters, The Hari’s Ruinart Champagne Summer Terrace will offer guests an idyllic setting for friends and family to gather together regardless of capricious weather. The space is also available for exclusive hire, as well as for more intimate aperitifs.

The Hari in London opened its doors in August 2016 and is the vision of Dr. Aron Harilela, chairman and CEO of Harilela Hotels Ltd, and the first hotel to open under the ‘The Hari’ brand.

A second hotel opened in 2020 in Hong Kong. The Harilela Group was established in 1959 and is still wholly owned by the Harilela family. The Harilela Group is the parent company of Harilela Hotels which owns 15 properties across Hong Kong, China, the Far East, Europe, and the US.
