Mollie’s has announced the appointment of John Weston-Stanley as its new head of marketing as the motel and diner brand continues its national expansion.

News of Weston-Stanley’s appointment comes ahead of Mollie’s launch of its first city-centre site in Manchester. The business is looking to increase brand awareness and long-term loyalty.

Weston-Stanley joins Mollie’s from London health club group Third Space, where he served 10 years managing brand, creative and performance marketing.

According to Weston-Stanley, his approach centres on positioning, creative execution and measurable impact.

Weston-Stanley said: “Mollie’s stood out to me because of its distinctive place in the UK hospitality market. Design-led, ambitious and confidently value-luxe. As the business grows nationally, there’s a real opportunity to build on that strong foundation, increasing awareness while nurturing long-term loyalty.

“I’m looking forward to working with the team and contributing to the next chapter of the brand’s journey.”
