The White Swan Hotel in Halifax has been brought to market of a guide price of £1.5m.
Situated in the town centre the property features 39 bedrooms, a bar and restaurant and two large conference rooms and a traditional ballroom with a sprung dance floor.
The hotel is currently owned by international property giant FICO Corporation.
Robert Smithson, senior surveyor at Colliers International, who is handling the sale, said: “This town centre hotel provides an exciting opportunity for new owners to re-establish a strong business.
“Halifax is strategically well located being within easy access to a number of major areas of population and significant transport links including Leeds, Bradford and Manchester.”
