Galleon Hotels, represented by Savills, has sold The Bridge and The Park hotels for a combined £11.6m.

The Bridge hotel is a three-star, 51 en-suite bedroom hotel located on the edge of the River Thames. Located in Chertsey, Surrey the property benefits from easy access into both central London and attractions such as Thorpe Park and Kempton Racecourse.

The three-star Park hotel in Teddington, southwest London, has a total of 43 en-suite bedrooms alongside The Park Restaurant and Bar. Teddington is close to numerous attractions including Hampton Court Palace, Bushy Park and Kew Gardens.

Martin Rogers, head of UK transactions at Savills Hotels, said: “We are pleased to have secured new owners for these two well located south east hotels. Both are in close proximity to numerous tourist attractions and are ideally located for travel into central London. The south east hotel market continues to perform well as investors are attracted by the well located assets and high levels of demand for rooms from tourists.”
