UK Citadines Apart’hotel properties, part of The Ascott Limited, have been awarded the building accreditation, compliance accreditation, and quality and comfort certification from ISAAP.

Citadines Barbican, Citadines Holborn-Covent Garden, Citadines South Kensington, Citadines Islington, and Citadines Trafalgar Square have all been independently verified by ISAAP to receive the accreditations and certification.

The building accreditation confirms that the properties safety, security, quality, and comfort standards have been absolutely verified.

To achieve the ISAAP Compliance Accreditation, the properties demonstrated that they satisfy the established criteria of safety, security, and duty of care, with a proven culture of proactive due diligence.

Billy Hughes, area general manager UK, The Ascott Limited said: “We are committed to providing a safe space and comfortable home from home environment for our guests.

“We are proud that this has been recognised by the International Serviced Accommodation Accreditation Process (ISAAP) so that our guests can be assured that they are booking with a company that has been certified following a thorough assessment process.”
