The Sheraton Los Angeles Downtown Hotel has selected Quadriga to provide a ‘triple-play’ solution to its guest entertainment and connectivity requirements.

The solution includes a new TV guest entertainment system and FTG services in all 496 guestrooms and suites. Quadriga, a provider of guest technology managed services for the hospitality industry, will also provide high-speed WiFi connectivity throughout the property.

Quadriga was chosen by the Sheraton Los Angeles Downtown to be part of a $45m transformation of the hotel as a key element of the massive development of the Bloc in downtown Los Angeles, as recently announced by the Ratkovich Company.

The Bloc inhabits a full city block at the heart of the city’s financial, retail, sports and entertainment epicentre and its undergoing $180m in renovations to provide a curated experience of unique boutiques, premier retailers and restaurants.

The multi-million dollar renovation will include all of the hotel’s 496 guestrooms and suites, the hotel’s lobby, and all of its bathroom and meeting spaces. The hotel’s outdoor spaces will be reimagined with lounge space, cabanas and a rock garden.
