New management at Arora Hotel Gatwick Crawley

Arora Hotels, a division of the Arora Group, has announced that it has appointed Harish Sunassy as general manager at the Arora Hotel Gatwick Crawley, effective from 1 October 2018.

Sunassy has over 17 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, beginning as a Hilton graduate trainee in 2001 and progressing through several key roles including operations manager, food and beverage manager and hotel manager. Over the years he has worked in hotels in the UK, France, Namibia and Dubai.  

Sunassy then joined the Arora-owned and operated Hilton London Gatwick as director of operations in December 2017, where he played a vital role in the delivery of consistent results in one of the busiest hotel within the Arora Group achieving record occupation rates and revenue.  

Arora Hotel Gatwick Crawley is a four-star hotel situated in the heart of Crawley town centre, the hotel has dedicated meeting, conference, training and banqueting facilities, including 12 conference rooms which can accommodate from 2 to 270 delegates. There are 432 superior, premier and family bedrooms, a restaurant and two bars, health and fitness club, and on-site car parking facilities.

Vincent Madden, director of operations at Arora Hotels, said: “We are delighted to welcome Harish to the helm of Arora Hotel Gatwick Crawley. Harish has fantastic pedigree within the industry, as well as experience working within the Arora Group, and we know that he will provide strong and effective leadership to enable our Gatwick-area hotel to continue to deliver remarkable results.
