The Farlam Hall Country House Hotel in Cumbria has had its asking price reduced from £1.8m to £995,000 in March 2018.
The property features 12 en-suite double bedrooms, two guest lounges with open fireplaces, a fully equipped catering kitchen and a 40-cover restaurant. It has been owned and operated by the Quinion family for more than 40 years.
Mark Worley, director at Christie & Co’s Newcastle office, who is handling the sale, said: “Farlam Hall is a wonderful hotel which has been lovingly owned and operated by our clients for many years. Their care and attention to detail shines through with the accolades the hotel has earned and the high quality of the property.”
