Urbanista Hotel in Bold Street Liverpool has come on the market for  £1.5m as the owners re-evaluate its “operational and development criteria due to Covid-19”.

The boutique hotel which houses 17 rooms varying in size and capacity sleeping up to 58 people at any one time.

Urbanista Hotel originally opened in December 2019, and is operated by Voya Hotels . Last March the venue closed down to comply with Covid-19 safety restrictions however the owners invested in the property and constructed  a top floor events space in July. 

Prior to Liverpool re-entering tighter restrictions the hotel managed to host some private gatherings and parties.

The building has been placed on the market with Christie and Co and offers are welcome by January 29 2021.
