Apex Hotels appoints new cluster head chef
Danile Ayton will take the lead in the kitchens within Apex City of London Hotel, Apex Temple Court Hotel and Apex London Wall Hotel – The Lampery, Chambers and Lazy Ballerinas, and Off the Wall Bar and Grill, respectively
Apex Hotels has announced the appointment of Daniel Ayton as its newest cluster head chef to work in between the group’s three London properties.
