The Little Silver Country Hotel, one of Kent’s top wedding venue destinations located in St Michaels, has been brought to market for £2.75m.

Little Silver Country Hotel occupies a Tudor-style detached building, originally built as a house in 1935. The property was converted into a hotel during the 1980s and now boasts 16 en-suite guest bedrooms and a restaurant and bar.

The Kent Hall Barn, the hotel’s main function room and wedding venue, can accommodate 120 guests for a ceremony and up to 150 guests for an evening reception. The garden to the rear of the property can accommodate for a marquee for larger weddings and events.

Current owners, Oliver and Christine Johnston said: “Having owned the business for 20 years, we are now wanting to retire and spend more time with our grandchildren. We seek a buyer that has a passion to further develop what is already a successful business.”

Andrew Moore, director at Christie & Co, which is handling the sale, added: “Little Silver Country Hotel presents an excellent opportunity, ideally suited for either an experienced operator or a first timer looking for a lifestyle change.”
