Wine dispenser can preserve fine wines for 30 days after opening

In this episode we speak to Anthony Hunt, partner and co-head of Corporate Real Estate at law firm Howard Kennedy. We discuss why 2026 may be seen as a pivotal year for boutique hotels, unpack the rise of global nomadism and how this is shaping demand and trends across hospitality, and how a strong team and clear, consistent messaging and offerings are key to securing investment.

WineEmotion UK has launched a fine wine dispenser which uses new technologies to serve and preserve fine wines for up to 30  days after they have been opened.

The new WineEmotion system “uses patented technologies to serve and preserve fine wines, after the bottle is opened”. The company also says it offers a “stylish and attractive point-of-sale display that will encourage and inform discerning customers.”

Designed and manufactured in Italy, the new system is now being distributed in the UK through WineEmotion UK. Depending on the model, up to eight bottles of wine can be stored inside the dispenser. Each bottle is connected to an individual dispensing system, which uses argon and nitrogen gas to preserve the wine’s properties during storage.

The gases used are inert and food-safe. They prevent oxidisation, and the company claims this results in the wine remaining “as fresh as when it was uncorked”, for up to 30 days.

The dispensing system comes with three different size measurements at the push of a button, which aim to eliminate staff error and protect profits. A range of software products also help the site to monitor both the system’s performance and data on the fine wine service.

“WineEmotion’s Italian styling and advanced features combine art with state-of-the-art,” says Dan Lovell, managing director of WineEmotion UK. “The system is the best way to serve and preserve quality wine.”
