Scottish hotel resort Cameron House has revealed it has been named the 19th best hotel in the UK by the Conde Nast Readers’ Choice Awards.
More than 520,000 Condé Nast Traveler readers submitted responses rating their travel experiences across the globe to provide a full snapshot of the top places they enjoyed this year.
Cameron House is a five-star resort set within 400 acres of the beautiful Scottish countryside, on the banks of Loch Lomond. Following a restoration to the historical 17th Century Baronial mansion, Cameron House Hotel offers a collection of 208 bedrooms including 28 suites following the completion of its new Lomond Wing extension in Autumn 2022.
It also features a spa with a rooftop infinity pool, 18-hole championship golf course, a range of restaurants and bars, event and functions spaces, a new state-of-the-art Leisure Club and 29-seat cinema.
Resort director Michael Lavizani said: “The entire team feels a fantastic sense of pride in being recognised by the Condé Nast Traveler readership, as they have worked tirelessly to elevate the guest experience at Cameron House since we reopened its doors in September 2021.
“It is so rewarding for the team to be recognised in this way, and mirrors the wonderful feedback we consistently receive from guests about the team at Cameron House, and the role they play in creating unrivalled experiences during their stays at the resort.”
