In this episode we speak to brothers Alex and Adrien Grosjean, young entrepreneurs who have recently acquired The Residence Inn by Marriott Manchester Piccadilly. The Beeches Guest House in Kings Lynn Norfolk has been sold to Raj and Neru Karavadra.

The Karavadras are experienced operators who own multiple small hotels and guest houses across Norfolk and Cambridgeshire.

The property is a seven-bedroom guest house that has been under the same ownership since 2004 and has undergone extensive improvements and refurbishments.

The business came to market as the couple that previously owned the property were looking to retire.

Hugo Fairbanks Weston, assistant broker – Hotels South at Christie and Co, who brokered the deal, said: “This is a very satisfying sale for a lovely couple who instructed Christie & Co back in 2019 before I had joined the company.

“They have been very patiently waiting for an offer near the asking price and that patience has been rewarded. I wish them all the best in their retirement and look forward to hopefully doing more deals with the new owners of the Beeches Guest House.”
