Serviced apartment operator Go Native has taken up the interim management of four properties following the administration of their freehold owner.

The appointment was made by Duff and Phelps, the administrator, to take over the interim management of the properties based in London Bridge, Earls Court, Bermondsey Street and Tower Bridge.

The addition will increase the Go Native’s portfolio to 461 units, bringing the total number of serviced apartments in London operated by the company up to 1300.

Guy Nixon, CEO of Go Native, said: “This is an exciting opportunity for Go Native to consolidate its position as the leading serviced apartment operator in the UK.

“Over the last two years we have invested significantly in the development of a scalable operation platform which will enable us to comfortable absorb the additional units.”
