AA announces new red star awards

AA has announced that Egerton House Hotel in London, has been awarded the AA red five-star award. 

The AA has also awarded four hotels the AA red four-star award including, Buckland Manor, Buckland, Bedford Lodge, Newmarket, Beechfield House Hotel, Beanacre and Amberley Castle in Amberley.

Simon Numphud, head of AA hotel services, said: “The criteria for AA Red Stars is consistent excellence in all areas of a hotel’s operation, and these newly-awarded properties join an elite group of top performers within the hotel industry.

“It is encouraging to see that there are still so many hotels pushing the boundaries and striving for high standards and excellent quality.”
