One Warwick Park Hotel, a luxury boutique hotel in Tunbridge Wells, has opened a new 54 sqm function space following “significant customer demand”.

The new space, which includes a bar area and boardroom, is now available for private and business events, including receptions, parties and meetings. It can accommodate up to 82 guests, whilst a new board room offers space for a further 15 people.

The function room forms part of the hotel’s existing collection of multi-purpose event spaces, entitled ‘The Function Rooms at One Warwick Park’.

Other spaces include ‘The Function Room’, which is a “bright and versatile” former schoolhouse that accommodates 120 seated guests or 185 standing guests.

The site’s other function space, ‘The Gallery’, is a “secluded” underground space that seats up to 22 guests. The hotel said it lends itself to “more intimate” celebrations, such as cocktail evenings, exhibitions and networking events.

Nick Moore, commercial director of Markerstudy Leisure, commented: “As a result of significant customer demand, we have taken the strategic decision to launch this new function space at One Warwick Park Hotel, meaning we’ll be able to satisfy requests and drive further business, whilst still accommodating a range of dining options for guests in The Terrace and The Bar and Snug.”
