Guernsey-based Bella Luce hotel has been brought to the property market off a guide price of £3.2m.
The site includes 23-en-suite rooms and features an outdoor pool as well as an ESPA spa.
It also includes space for weddings and private events.
It’s 2 AA Rosette dining room restaurant accommodates up to 60 diners, alongside Bella’s Bar and Snug which has 20 covers.
The hotel features stone walls, exposed beams and stone work and character features throughout the establishment.
