Guernsey-based Bella Luce hotel has been brought to the property market off a guide price of £3.2m.
The site includes 23-en-suite rooms and features an outdoor pool as well as an ESPA spa.
It also includes space for weddings and private events.
The hotel features stone walls, exposed beams and stone work and character features throughout the establishment.
James Greenslade, associate director at Savills hotel team, said: “Guernsey is an increasingly popular destination, attracting 8% more visitors for the first six months of 2019 versus the same period in 2018.
“The sale of the Bella Luce offers a rare opportunity to own an extremely well established hotel in an unrivalled location.”
