Scottish-based 7 Hospitality Management (7H) have been appointed as the operators for the Kingston Lodge Hotel, London.

The four-star hotel is located on the edge of the Royal Richmond Park, near the town centre of Kingston upon Thames and 9 miles from Heathrow Airport close to Twickenham, Hampton Court Palace, Kew Gardens and Wimbledon.

The hotel features 67 rooms with tea and coffee making facilities, a flatscreen TV and an ensuite bathroom, an on-site restaurant – the Atrium Brasserie – offering contemporary dishes and local craft beers, spirits and wine and free on-site parking.

7H said it is “rapidly expanding” its portfolio throughout the UK and are “delighted” to be moving into the capital with the company’s MD Eichard Ellison calling it an “exciting move”.

Ellison said: “Our varied portfolio of hotels throughout the UK demonstrates our versatile approach to hotel management. Kingston is the third hotel in as many months we have picked up and our pipeline remains very strong for 2020.

“We are seeing opportunity through investors looking at alternative options for the management of their assets, our approach is wholly aligned with our owner’s objectives.”

Head of brand and marketing, Conner Harvey, added: “Kingston Lodge is a great addition to our hotel family and we’re delighted to be introduced into the London hotel market. The owners have great plans for the hotel which we will be delighted to assist and implement.”
