The Methuen Arms in Corsham, west Wiltshire, has completed the refurbishment of all 14 bedrooms in the hotel’s main house.
Butcombe Pub and Inns led the “extensive” refurbishment of the property’s bedrooms, in partnership with design and build specialists Concorde BGW.
The hotel and pub said the new-look interiors showcase a soft, country-inspired colour palette, with “opulent fabrics and indulgent king size beds”.
Each room has also been decorated with leafy green plants, individual artwork, “beautiful” pieces of furniture and now also feature free-standing bath tubs.
The Methuen Arms said: “Head chef and general manager Leigh Evans and his team serve delicious seasonal dishes, championing the best of the Wiltshire’s larder and their own kitchen garden, which is also complete with beehives.
“Guests are welcomed with delicious homemade biscuits and dinner is completed with homemade, artisan chocolates made with the honey from their own bees (and is also available to buy by the jar and a lovely keepsake to take home).”
