The historic hotel and wedding venue, the Feathers Royal Hotel in Aberaeron, has been put up for sale for £595,000.
The classic hotel and wedding venue dates from 1815 and features a restaurant and meeting and function room facilities which host events and celebrations throughout the year.
The hotel also has 13 ‘country house’ style en-suite guest bedrooms and a lounge/bar as well as customer parking.
Aberaeron has grown from a fishing village to a popular tourist destination with its Georgian architecture, coastal location and direct access to the Ceredigion Coastal Path.
The hotel has been run by the current owner for the last 11 years, during which time they have built a successful business with a reputation for weddings and other major functions.
The owner is now looking to sell after deciding to retire.
Joint agents John Coggins (GVA) and Corrina Jones (Christie & Co), who brought the property to market, said: “The Feathers Royal Hotel is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced operator looking for a high quality hotel with a robust trade mix and potential for growth or for a lifestyle purchaser looking for a business in a truly special location.”
GVA and Christie & Co are marketing Feathers Royal Hotel off an asking price of £595,000.
