The freehold of Lincombe Hall Hotel and Spa in Torquay, Devon, has hit the market for a guide price of £4.25m.

The hotel also offers a number of food and beverage outlets including The Dining Room, 2 AA Rosette fine dining, the Brasserie Restaurant, which also services the outdoor pool and lawn, and the Breakfast room, which doubles up as a function room.

Externally, the site is set in 2.58 acres of gardens, and benefits from a large terrace and 50 parking spaces.

Located in Torquay on the English Riviera, the property benefits from close proximity to various boutique shops, restaurants and tourist attractions such as Dartmoor and the South Hams, which offer a range of outdoor activities and stunning scenery.
