Rosewood Hotels and Resorts will open its first property in Dubai in 2029 with a hotel and branded residences developed by H&H and owned by Bright Start.
The project, named Rosewood Dubai and Rosewood Residences Dubai, will be located at Peninsula Dubai, a new waterfront district in Jumeirah. The development will feature a 195-room hotel, eight private garden villas and 63 residences, including five beachfront villas.
Facilities at the hotel will include a private beach, a beach club, four restaurants, a wellness centre, an art and music programme and a children’s club. The residences will offer access to a concierge, spa, cinema, library, lounge and sports facilities.
